If you are a Lions Club Sight Chairman or a Department of Human Resources employee, you can now log in and submit patient applications online, as well as access pertinent information regarding patient services, such as eligibility requirements. Sight Chairman will also be able to download the Sight Chair manual online.

To ensure that these features are only accessible to Sight Chairmen and DHR employees, please call Alabama Lions Sight at 1-800-967-4448 to get the username and password for the Sight Chair/DHR log-in.
